How to wear your helmet properly?

Find the helmet that fits you
Open the buckle and loosen the adjustment gear. Put the helmet on your head and move your head slightly, if helmet won’t slide or made you feel uncomfortable, this is the helmet that suits you.
Most of the helmets have padding inside, the padding will make you feel comfortable, and some of the helmets also provide extra padding. You need to add the padding where there is a void between your scalp and the helmet to meet sung fit.

2V1 RULE
Step 1 POSTION
The helmet should be one or two fingers widths above your eyebrow on your forehead.
Step 2 SIDE STRAPS
Adjust the slider on both side straps to form a “V” shape, and slightly in front of the ears. Lock the slider if possible.
Step 3 CHIN STRAPS
Buckle your chin strap. Tighten the strap until it is snug, so that no more than one or two fingers fit under the strap.
Step 4 ADJUSTMENT GEAR
